- If a group cannot finish their round due to darkness, play is suspended, and players shall mark their ball’s exact location to resume early the next morning for completion round 1.
- After the completion of round 1 the Greens crew needs to start their maintenance. Mow or roll greens, change cups, set tees, etc. Once completed we will start round 2.
Round 2 Weather concerns
a. If round 2 starts and is delayed for more than 2 hours we wil need to shorten the tournament to 27 holes.
b. The tournament director may need to put an emergency cut into action if the weather is bad or a bad forecast is looming. This means that all players in the morning will be cut and the Sunday afternoon wave remains in the field, with possible altercations to their tee times. Such as imergnecy shotgun start at a given time or delays.
